The cost-per-click will vary based on several factors, including opportunities to maximize visibility, as well as candidate views, clicks, and applies. However, you will never be charged beyond the total spend indicated through your promotion selection.

If you don’t have enough credits to cover your costs for a given month, we’ll bill your payment method on file for the remainder of what you owe. You can track your Monster Credits in near-real time and we’ll also send you an email when you are getting low so you can make any necessary adjustments.
If you’re searching within our candidate database, one view or contact equals one credit ($1). With job postings, you won’t spend more than your allocated budget for the time-period specified, but there may be fluctuations per day where our platform may spend less or more than the daily budget for that day in order to drive the most performance for you.
